Daniyal started us off for this round of show and tell by sharing a book he had written and illustrated about animals and their emotions. We enjoyed exploring different emotions from an animals perspective.
Tyler T read as a book called 'Be Brave Little Penguin'. We discussed how the penguins emotions changed from the beginning to the end of the book.
Szofia made a game for us to play. She had funny video clips but challenged us to watch them without laughing. It was hard, but some of us managed to keep a straight face!
Viggo presented a show and tell related to our money unit. We were really interested to see different currency from Denmark and curious about why some of the coins had holes in the middle of them. Perhaps for a necklace or wearing on a belt as we had seen in a book?
Yuer read a book to us called The Way I Feel. We were interested about the colours used on each page and how they related to the emotions.
Haruto showed us a video of a sorting activity he did with his books. He sorted books into different emotion categories and made a visual bar graph. He found out he had the most funny books and the least angry books.
Shuhan wrote her own story about friends and their different emotions. She illustrated the front cover with examples of different emotion emojis.
Lucia shared a digital presentation she had made all about emotions that people have in different scenarios each day. She also showed us an emotion painting for happiness that she create herself.
Rei shared about dogs and cats showing their emotions through their body language and the way their tails appear. She had illustrations to explain each emotion clearly.
